Annotation of Certain Columns in Online Verification Report of Higher Education Qualification Certificate
- "Type of Education" may include Regular Higher Education, Adult Higher Education, Self-taught Higher Education, Online Education, and Opening Education.
- "Education Level" may include Junior College Program, Undergraduate Program, Master Program, and Doctoral Program.
- "Form of Learning" may include Full Time, and Spare Time.
- "Graduation Conclusion" may include Graduation and Completion, in which "Graduation" means that student met all requirements, successfully graduated and received a graduation certificate; "Completion" means that student who completed all credits but did not meet the graduation requirement, only received a certificate of completion.

- "Form of Learning" may include Full Time, and Spare Time.
- On the anticipated graduation date, which is estimated by school student record management office according to the teaching programme, a few students may not be able to graduate due to various reasons.
- "Status of Student Record" may include Record Registered, To be Registered, Registration Suspended, Record Reserved, Suspension of Schooling, Enrolled, Graduated, etc.
In which, the status "Registered" is only for Regular Higher Education or Opening Education students. The status "Enrolled" is only for Adult Higher Education, Self-taught Higher Education or Online Education students.
