Application and Email Delivery Instruction
（Educational Perspectives）
1. Applicants should firstly finish the registration on EP website, then apply for the verification reports as the following steps and send the reports to EP via email.
Apply Online Verification Report
Sample- Log into "CHSI Archive"
- If you can’t get an online verification report for your qualification here, please go to Online Application Platform
- Go to "Online Verification" column
- Choose English version and make payment online
- Verification completed
- View your verification report online
Apply Verification Report
Sample- Go to "Online Application Platform"
- Click "Start an application"
- Enter into "Start an application" column
- Choose English version and make payment online
- Wait for the verification result (About one month to complete the entire verification process)
- Verification completed
- View your verification report online
- Relog into "CHSI Archive"

2. How to send reports (Only English reports are required)?
1) Online Verification Reports
You will find an icon of email on the upper right of the produced reports in CHSI Archive (学信档案). You should click the icon of email to send your required report to EP via: documents@edperspective.org
2) Verification Reports
You will find an icon of email on the upper right of the produced reports in Verification System for Qualification & Transcript (学历认证与成绩验证系统 ). You should click the icon of email to send your required report to EP via: documents@edperspective.org
Note:
1. EP only requires electronic verification reports.
2. CSSD has right to ask the applicants to provide related information and supplement related materials in the verification process.
3. Impacted by Chinese summer or winter holiday, some verification work can’t be completed within the allotted time, so you’d better apply for verification reports outside the two holidays.
4. ou could log in Verification System for Qualification & Transcript (学历认证与成绩验证系统 ) two working days after the application to check your verification progress.
